英文說明:Previous form leads directly into this one. (1) Shift center of gravity to between legs as you change to a “horse-riding stance” (legs spread as if you were straddling a horse). With your left palm facing up, raise your left hand above your head so that it intersects with your right hand which is held palm facing up. Perform this movement while breathing in. (2) As you straighten your knees, the palms of your now-crossed hands should be turned over so that they face downward. Sweep your right hand down your right side to in front of you so that it intersects with your left hand in front of your lower abdomen. The right hand should be in front of the left with the palm facing toward you. (3) Begin sweeping your hands upward. Turn your palms outward with your arms straight and slowly sweep your hands, palms facing downward, back down so that they cross once again, elbows slightly bent, in front of your lower abdomen. Perform this movement while breathing out. Key points: When performing this movement, make your shoulders the center point of the wheels formed by your sweeping arms. Sweep your arms downward in front of your body and upward, arms to the sides of your body. When your hands are above your head, you can raise you head and thrust out your chest to facilitate your breathing. Keep legs straight when inhaling; bend them when exhaling. Perform this form six times.
