Lean forward with your body and bring your hands in front of your left knee and cross them as you breathe in. (2) Sweep your crossed hands up as you arc your back. After your hands go past the top of your head, extend and spread your arms with your palms facing each other. Lean your head back as if you were looking up at the sky. Continue to breathe in. As you bring your body back forward, gradually bring your hands down either side and cross them in front of your forward knee. Perform this movement while breathing in. Key points: When leaning your body forward, exhale 吸呼氣while your hands are intersected in front of your knee and inhale while your hands are reaching out above your head and you are “looking at the sky.” When looking at the sky, stretch your arms out as far as possible. Perform this form six times.
