- 中文說明:接上式，從弓步變馬步，兩手變拳放在腰旁，拳心向上。 （１）右手先出拳吸氣，收回原處呼氣。 （２）左手出拳吸氣，收回原處呼氣。 要點：從弓步變馬步時呼氣稍細長，在沖拳時做短促吸呼動作，眼看拳。練習六次。
- 英文說明:Previous form leads directly into this one. Shift from a bow stance to horse-riding stance. Place your fists on either side of your waist with your palms facing up. (1) Punch with your right fist as you inhale and exhale as you draw it back in to its original position. (2) Punch with your left fist as you inhale and exhale as you draw it back in to its original position. Key points: Take a little more time to exhale when you shift from the bow stance to the horse-riding stance. Your breaths should be sharper when punching. Watch your fists as they punch out. Perform this form six times.
