- 中文說明:接上式，人站立，兩手在小腹前。動作： （１）兩臂伸直，向左上方隨轉腰作環轉動作，雙手向左側舉到頭頂，同時吸氣；手從頭頂向下時呼氣，連續重複二次。 （２）改變環轉方向，動作相同做三次。 要點：當兩手做環轉動作時，腰部也隨著轉動，手臂、腰部和呼吸動作要協調。
- 英文說明:Previous form leads directly into this one. Stand erect with hands in front of lower abdomen. (1) Extend your arms out straight and sweep them up and to the left as you lean your body. Sweep your hands up along the left side of your body and over your head, while breathing in. Breathe out as your arms sweep back down from above your head. Do this twice in succession. (2) Change direction and do three times. Key points: Rotate your waist as you sweep your arms. Coordinate the movements of your arms and waist with your breathing.
