英文說明:Stand naturally with your feet parallel at shoulder width or slightly wider with your back straight and your eyes to the front. Draw in your chest while stretching your back and hanging your arms naturally at your sides. Perform the following movements— (1) Gradually raise your arms, palms facing down, to slightly above shoulder height. Perform this movement while breathing in. (2) Squat while keeping your torso straight. Bend knees to approximately 150 degrees. Make sure your knees do not go past the tips of your toes. Gently lower hands, palms facing downward, until they are level with your navel. This movement is performed while breathing out. Key points: Allow your shoulders and elbows to hang and your fingers to curl naturally. Your center of gravity should be between your legs. Your rear end should be relaxed, neither too far down nor sticking out backward. Your arms should hang and gently rise as you gradually go into a squat. Perform this form six times. Inhaling once and exhaling once is to be considered one cycle. Count twice per cycle, the odd number should be said as your arms rise and you inhale and the even numbers should be said as your arms drop and you exhale. Your arms should then be dropped to either side of your body.
