Push down on the ground with the balls of your left foot on the ground while lifting the heel of your left foot. Raise your left hand from the lower left side of your body up and right. When your left hand is level with your right shoulder, hold your hand as though you were holding a ball in it. Breathe in when “holding the ball.” Bring your left hand back to the lower left side of your body while breathing out. Key points: When your right hand is holding the ball, you can watch the place where the ball would be, while pushing the balls of your feet onto the ground as if you were taking a step. Perform the “ball carrying,” step and breathing actions smoothly. Perform this form six times.
