- 中文說明:面向﹕正南 姿勢﹕站立–蹲坐–站立–蹲坐–站立。 動作﹕(1)站立–提手。 (2)下蹲–由外而內成下十字手，手心朝下。 (3)站起–上十字手，手心朝前。 (4)下蹲–由內而外成下十字手，手心朝上。 (5)站起–由內而外上舉，手心朝內，平放而下。
- 英文說明:The wood from Chinese Phoenix, red-bark oak, longan, camphor trees are generally used in the making of blanks as they are hard but light, easy to carve, don’t warp easily, and easy to manipulate because of their lightness. Wood blanks are soaked in water for three to four years before the carving work begins to make them durable and prevent them from rotting
