- 中文說明:（１）將前推的兩手變成伸直平行，掌心相對，重心移至右腳，前腳掌抬起，兩手平行往兩側拉至盡處，同時吸氣。 （２）接著重心移至左腳，右腳跟抬起，將後拉的兩手平行往胸前收攏，同時呼氣。 要點：當身體後仰時，兩手象展翅似的。兩手後展時為吸氣，兩手前收時為呼氣。練習六次。
- 英文說明:Previous form leads directly into this one. (1) Your arms are now pushed forward. Straighten them out so that they are parallel to the ground with your palms facing each other. Shift your center of gravity to your right foot as you raise your forward foot. Sweep your arms backward parallel to the ground until they will not go any further while breathing in. (2) Shift your center of gravity to your left foot as you raise your right foot. Sweep your arms forward parallel to the ground until they are together in front of your chest. Perform this movement while breathing out. Key points: Shift your body backward while flapping your arms like wings. Inhale when sweeping your arms back; exhale when sweeping them forward. Perform this form six times.
