英文說明:A "tu-long" was very similar to a stone grinder. The stone grinder was used to mill flour, while a "tu-long" was used to remove the hulls from grain. This "tu-long" mill is woven in two parts, out of bamboo. It has a bottom and a top section. Both levels have wooden teeth, made of a hard variety of wood. The top and bottom are filled with earth to stabilize them. The grain was put into the top part and flowed down between the top and the bottom sections through a hole. A man rotated the "tu-long" so that the grain was hulled and flowed out a crack. This type of implement was not as common as a stone grinder, and usually only richer families had one to husk grain. To make a complete set, a "tu-long" hook would be needed.
