- 中文說明:本件為清朝小孩外出盛裝穿用的披肩，整件為壽桃（長壽）造型，在九（久）片繡片上，分別繡上菊（吉）、牡丹（富貴）、蓮（連連、多子）、雞（興家）等隱喻榮華富貴的吉祥圖案。
- 日文說明:清朝時代子供が盛装して外出する時に使う肩掛け、全体が寿桃〈長寿〉造形で、九〈久〉片の刺繍布には菊〈吉〉、牡丹〈富貴〉、蓮〈連連、多子〉、鶏〈家を興す〉等、「栄華富貴」を暗喩した吉祥図案を刺繍してある。
- 英文說明:This wrap, worn by a child of the Qing Dynasty on formal occasions, consists of nine (“jiu” is homophonous to a Chinese word for “for a long time”) pieces of fabric and is shaped like a “shou tao” (literally, “longevity peach”). The fabric is adorned with several auspicious designs symbolizing great wealth and social position, including chrysanthemums (similar in sound to a character for “luck”), peonies (“wealth and social position”), lotuses (“continuity,” “many children”), and a chicken (“build up a family”).
