- 中文說明:（１）左手推掌後，左掌心朝內與眼同高，右手向前，掌心向左，與臍同高，隨著腰部左轉的同時，兩手平行向左移動，同時吸氣。 （２）向左轉到盡處時，右手往上，掌心向內，與眼同高。左手往下，掌心向右，與臍同高，隨著腰部右轉的同時，兩手平行向右移動，同時呼氣。。 要點：手的動作注意柔和，眼神始終隨著上面一只手掌而移動。練習六次。
- 英文說明:Previous form leads directly into this one. (1) After pushing your left hand forward, turn your palm inward toward yourself and bring it to eye-level. Bring your right hand forward with the palm facing to the left at belly button height. As you twist your waist to the left, move both hands to the left. Perform this movement while breathing in. (2) When you have twisted as far left as you can, raise your right hand to eye-level with the palm facing in toward you. Bring your left hand forward with the palm facing to the right at belly button height. As you twist your waist to the right, move both hands to the right. Perform this movement while breathing out. Key points: Be sure that you move your hands gently with your eyes watching the movements of only the higher hand. Perform this form six times.
