- 中文說明:枕頭箱或稱箱形枕頭，具有兩種功能。一可墊頭作枕以供睡覺；二可盛裝細軟、金錢或重要物於箱。可上鎖，人睡在箱子上非常保險，即使小偷也無法偷走。本二件文物為清末民初木質長方形枕頭的箱子。木箱上加布，漆成紅色，有蓋、有鎖，保存良好。
- 日文說明:枕箱は箱形の枕とも言い、二つの功能をもつ。枕として寝るのと金銭や貴重品を入れる箱で、鍵をかける。この二つの品は清朝末期の長方形枕箱、箱の上に布を加えて紅色に塗り、蓋も鍵もよく、保存良好。
- 英文說明:Pillow cases such as this wooden one served two purposes: one as a pillow, the other to store valuables such as money. Equipped with a lock, one could sleep with security knowing that thieves could not get to their valuables. This item dating to the early 1900's is rectangular and lacquered red with a piece of cloth on the top. It is preserved very well, still having the lid and lock.
