- 中文說明:陶釋迦是陶製的釋迦，釋迦是水果，因其果形像釋迦摩尼佛的頭髮而得名，作為裝飾之用。本件文物器形完整，但表面球粒略有磨損。本件為民國初年作品。
- 日文說明:陶製の釈迦という果物、果物の形が釈迦牟尼仏の頭髪に似ているので名付けたもの、装飾用の品。この品は器形が完全であるが、表面の粒に少し疵がある。約1910年代のもの。
- 英文說明:This sculpture is of a fruit called the "shijia". The fruit is shaped in a way reminiscent of the Sakyamuni Buddha's hair, from whence its Chinese name is derived. This piece was decorative in nature. This example is complete, but there are small granular pits on the surface. It dates from the 1910s.
