- 中文說明:本件童帽造型，在短圈上加飾屋宇，通稱為〝狀元帽〞，期望孩童長大後能做官得貴，帽子後面以盤線繡繡上蝙蝠紋樣，蝠與福音同，因此藉此表現對於貴祿、福氣的祈求。
- 日文說明:児童帽子の造型で「短圏」の上方に飾りを加え、「状元帽」と云われるもの。子供が成長した後、高貴な官職につくことを願い、帽子の後に刺繍糸で蝙蝠模様を刺繍している。蝠と福は同じ音で貴、禄、福を象る。
- 英文說明:These children's hats, generally in shapes referred to as “wuyu” (屋宇—a peaked cover) resembling the headwear worn by Ming Dynasty scholars, were referred to as “first place scholar hats” in the hope that the wearer would obtain an official position and riches in adulthood. Embroidered on the back is a “panzhang” or “endless knot” in the form of a bat. The Chinese character for bat (“fu” is homophonic to a character for “good fortune”) represents the wish for prosperity and good fortune.
