石渠寶笈初編(御書房),下冊,頁915&*故宮書畫錄(卷一),第一冊,頁78&*趙孟頫(西元一二五四-一三二二年),湖州(今浙江吳興)人。字子昂,自號松雪道人,也稱鷗波,宋太祖十一世孫。仕元,至翰林學士承旨,封魏國公,諡文敏。工書善畫,亦善刻印。書法倡復古,影響後世甚大。其書凡三變,初臨宋高宗,中學鍾繇及二王,晚學李北海。 本作兩賦分別描繪神宗元豐五年(1082)蘇軾兩次與友人乘舟夜遊赤壁,藉由懷古表達對宇宙及人生的看法。(20100102) &* Zhao Mengfu (style name, Zi’ang; self-styled sobriquet Songxue daoren) was a native of Huzhou (modern Wuxing, Zhejiang) and an 11th generation descendant of the Song emperor Taizu. Serving the Yuan dynasty, he became Hanlin Recipient of Edicts, ennobled as Duke of Wei and posthumously entitled Wenmin. Excelling at painting and calligraphy, he also was good at seal carving. In calligraphy, he advocated revivalism and greatly influenced later generations. His calligraphy went through three stages, first studying that of Song Gaozong, then Zhong You and the Two Wangs, and finally Li Yong. The two odes in this work describe two boat trips by Su Shi and friends to Red Cliff, using the form of reminiscing to express views on life and the universe.(20100102)
