故宮書畫錄(卷四),第二冊,頁113-114&*故宮書畫圖錄,第十七冊,頁145-152&*趙孟頫(西元一二五四至一三二二年),字子昂,號松雪道人。本宋宗室,宋亡仕元,至翰林學士承旨,封魏國公,諡文敏。詩文清遠,工書善畫,山水、人馬、木石、花竹,樣樣精通。所倡書法入畫,影響後世甚鉅。 「孝經」一書乃孔子為曾子陳述孝道精義的著作,共十八章。本卷亦分十八段,每段圖文並茂。以白描畫成,中鋒運筆,衣褶線條圓勁,畫筆流暢而有力。&*The Book of Filial Piety is a work by Confucius, elucidating the essence of the virtue for his disciple Tseng-tzu. As the book is composed of eighteen chapters, so is this scroll divided into as many sections. Each section is amply illustrated with outline drawings. The brushwork in those drawings is strong and flowing, and enlivens the depicted characters. A scion of the Sung imperial family, Chao Meng-fu served as scholar in the Han-lin Academy after the take-over by the Yüan dynasty and was enfeoffed as Duke of the State of Wei. His poetry and belles-lettres were excellent. He was also master in both calligraphy and painting. Chao advocated the application of calligraphy to painting and effected a great influence on later generations.&*《孝經》舊傳為孔子(西元前五五一-四七九年)與曾子(西元前五○五-四三五)之間的對話,全文凡十八章,闡述孝道精義和以孝治國的觀點。本卷圖文相連十八段,以白描畫成,中鋒運筆,衣褶線條圓勁,書畫均佳。 趙孟頫(一二五四-一三二二),本宋朝宗室,宋亡仕元。工書善畫,山水人馬與木石花竹題材,樣樣精通。 此卷作者舊題為趙孟頫,從畫風看,成畫時間應在明代上半葉。(20110405)&* The Classic of Filial Piety (18 chapters) is a book describing the essence of filial piety in ruling the country and was narrated by Confucius to Zengzi. This work in 18 sections was painted in baimiao (ink outlines) with a centered brush. Drapery lines are round and strong, the strokes fluid and powerful. Judging from the style, this old attribution to Zhao actually was done in the first half of the Ming. Zhao Mengfu (style name Zi’ang, sobriquet Songxue daoren), native of Wuxing (modern Huzhou, Zhejiang), was a member of the Song imperial clan who served the Yuan after the Song fall. Good at calligraphy and excelling at painting, his landscape and horse-and-figure subjects as well as stones-and-trees and flowers-and-bamboo were all masterful.(20110405)
