故宮書畫錄(卷五),第三冊,頁90&*故宮書畫圖錄,第二冊,頁123-124&*1.李霖燦,〈劉松年的攆茶圖與醉僧圖〉,《故宮文物月刊》,第23期(1985年2月),頁69-71。 2.梁麗祝,〈攆茶圖人物續論〉,《故宮文物月刊》,第29期(1985年8月),頁126-129。 &*劉松年(活動於西元一一七四—一二二四年),浙江錢塘人,南宋孝宗至理宗年間,供職畫院。 畫中呈現的是宋代點茶法。左畫面繪二侍者備茶,一人跨坐矮几,手推茶磨攆茶,邊上置棕製茶帚與拂末各一,以拂聚茶末。另一人則立於桌邊,左持茶盞,右執茶瓶正在點茶。茶桌上置茶筅、青瓷茶盞、朱漆茶托、玳瑁茶末盒等。桌前風爐,爐火正熾,上置提梁鍑燒煮沸水。&*Liu Sung-nien (native to Ch'ien-t'ang in Chekiang) was active in the Southern Sung painting academy from Emperor Hsiao-tsung to Li-tsung, but his dates are unknown. This work shows a Sung method of drinking ground tea. On the left, 2 attendants prepare tea. One sits on a bench as he turns a mill to grind the tea. A tea brush made from palm and a long ladle to scoop tea powder are by his side. The other stands next to a table holding a tea bowl in his left hand as he pours tea from a pot. On the tea table is a whisk to whip tea broth, a celadon tea bowl, a red-lacquered tea bowl stand, and a tortoise-shell box for the tea powder. In front of the table is a fan-flamed stove with a fire burning, and on top is a handled pot used for boiling water.
