英文摘要:Local art, local culture and multicultural art can be promoted by holding festival;moreover, it also enables the festival to develop cultural identity and local characters, broadening its diversity of form and gradation. The purpose of this research is the state of teacher’s professional growth, current application and teaching difficulties in festival integrating into Art and Humanities Curriculum and correlation between them. The research used questionnaire method to survey ten public elementary school teachers in Arts and Humanities Curriculum at Dajia Town in Taichung County. There were 230 questionnaires distributed, among which 211 copies were valid. Expert validity, Cronbach’s α reliability, descriptive statistics analysis, t-test, one-way AN0VA, and Pearson’s correlation analysis were utilized for data analysis. The result of the research found that teachers have highest degree of teachers’ professional growth, especially in identification with local culture. In current application, post has significant difference. In teacher’s professional growth, level of education has significant difference. Teachers’ professional growth and current application are significantly related to teaching difficulties. Social environment, school administration, instructional resource and workload have less effects on current application while education policy, teaching practice and interaction relation have more effects. According to the research result, suggestions are proposed respectively to public sector, education administration units, teacher cultivation institutions, school administration, teachers in Arts and Humanities Curriculum and parents.
