英文說明:This item is a lucky charm, and was never intended for actual use. It was used in weddings where it was hung on the rear of the bridal sedan. When the bride emerged from the sedan, the sifter was used to shade her head. The eight symbols of Tai-ch'I are inscribed on the sifter, and there is a dragon and phoenix motif on the sides. The "double-happiness" character for wedded bliss is on the top. There are portions missing from this example. The inscriptions are no longer clear.
