英文說明:This exhibit features three "tu-long" type grain mills. The one on top is from another mill, while the two bottom pieces are from the same grain mill. A "tu-long" harrow had two pieces. These were the base and the millstone. Both sides of the upper millstone have extruding grinding "hands" that could be connected to a hook for ease of operation. The "tu-long" was a tool used to mill grain, stripping off the hulls to yield chaff and unpolished rice. There are portions missing from these examples.
