- 中文說明:西元1899年，日本在台灣設立台灣銀行，同時發行台灣銀行券，藉以整頓幣制並鋪設現代金融網。本件為台灣銀行的金壹圓券，除了日本圖案外，特印製國人喜愛的龍鳳紋。
- 日文說明:1899年に創立した台湾銀行は、同時に銀行巻を発行し、幣制を整理し、現代金融網を舗設した。この品は台湾銀行金壱円券で日本図案の外に龍鳳の紋が印刷してある。
- 英文說明:In 1899, the Japanese government established the Bank of Taiwan in Taiwan and began issuing Bank of Taiwan bank notes to reorganize the monetary system used in Taiwan and to set up a modern financial system. This one Gold Yen note issued by the Bank of Taiwan has various Japanese style designs and dragons and phoenixes so loved by the Taiwanese.
