英文說明:The Beijing erhu, a type of huqin (a general term for certain Chinese two-stringed instruments), was made as pihuangqiang was being developed in the later years of the Qianlong Reign of the Qing Dynasty. The neck and base are both made of bamboo. A hook in the middle of the neck holds down the string, the base is covered with snakeskin, and the strings and bowstring are made of horsehair. The instrument, which resonates when played, is a major instrument in the Xipi School of the Northern Wind Instrument Style.
