- 中文說明:臂枕是墊手臂之用，使手臂懸空有著力點，中醫師診治病人時或書法家寫字時擱手之用。本件文物為瓷質，年代在民國初年。本件文物上白釉，上點綠釉作為裝飾，整個臂枕呈童子爬行狀，童子面呈笑容，造形可愛。
- 日文說明:肘を託する枕で、腕の空中における着力点となす。漢方医師が診察の際、また書道家が筆を使用する時に使う。この品は磁質、白い釉薬に緑の釉薬の点で装飾してある。肘枕全体が童子の爬っている行状で笑っている顔の造型が可愛い。1910年代の品。
- 英文說明:This armrest was used to relax the hands and arms. The arms were allowed to hang in space. Chinese doctors used them to treat patients, and calligraphers also used them when plying their art. This example is made of porcelain It dates from somewhere between 1910-1919. This armrest has white glaze with a green glaze design. The armrest is in the shape of a climbing child with a smile on his face. The design is very engaging.
