- 中文說明:祖師像為竹製坐像，臉面呈黑色，但黑漆部份剝落，身穿僧服，盤膝而坐，雙鞋置於座前，衣服漆已剝落，露出雕刻材質本來面目，本尊神像為竹根雕，十分難得。器形完整，但從神像下巴觀察與清水祖師造型不同，故有存疑之處。
- 日文說明:竹製の坐像で、顔の黒い漆が所所剥落している。身は僧服を着て、膝を組んで坐っている。一双の靴が座前にあり、衣服の膝も剥落して、彫刻の材質が露出している。この祖師像は竹の根で彫った珍しいもの。
- 英文說明:This sitting image of Zushi of Qingshui is made of bamboo. Its face is black, but some of the coloring has come off. The statue is sitting cross-legged and wearing monk's garb. Its shoes are placed to the front. The color on the clothes has come off to reveal the original carved material underneath. This is a rare example of a statue carved out of bamboo root.
