- 中文說明:本尊神像為木製，頭戴官帽，眼朝下張，有五綹長鬚的痕跡，穿文官服，肚凸，左手持物，右手按右腿，坐於椅上，身上和面上的漆皆己脫落，只剩木胎，已十分古舊，是否為保生大帝甚難判定。
- 日文說明:木製の神像、官帽を冠り、目は下を見て、五つ縒りの長い鬚の跡がある。腹が突き出て、左手に持ち物、右手を腿に置いて椅子に座っている。像の漆は剥げて、本体だけが残っている古い像、保生大帝であるのか、判定し難い。
- 英文說明:This figure is made of wood and wears an official’s hat. There are signs of a goatee style beard and mustache. The eyes are looking down. The figure is wearing officials’ clothing, has a protruding belly and is holding something in its left hand, while the right hand is on its knee. It is sat on a chair. The paint is gone from the body and face, leaving bare wood. The figure is extremely old. It is very difficult to judge whether it is, in fact, Great Emperor Baosheng.
