描述：: 中文說明:本件白地青花肚兜，刺繡圖案分佈從四周緣邊至中間口袋，共由10幾片小繡片組合而成，主要刺繡圖案除了常用的公雞〈功績、功名〉、牡丹〈富貴〉等祈求功名富貴外，所有小繡片使用鎖邊繡貼繡在主體布上，並作成花邊裝飾。; 日文說明:白地に青花の腹掛け、周りの縁から中間のポケットまで刺繍図案が施されていて、十幾片の小刺繍を組み合わせたもの。主なる刺繍図案は公鶏〈功績、功名の寓意〉、牡丹〈富貴〉などで、小刺繍の布は主体の布縁に貼られて装飾してある。; 英文說明:The borders and center pocket of this green-on-white halter top are almost completely filled with embroidery. Comprised of over ten small pieces of fabric, this example is embroidered with rather commonplace designs wishing the wearer wealth and social position, such as roosters (the Chinese “gongji” is similar in sound to the words for “achievement” and “status”) and peonies (signifying “wealth and social position”).
