Between them stretches a range of rolling hills. Strangely shaped clouds offen gather over the hills, but the Twin Peaks tower above the clouds like a pair of gorgeous Chinese hairpins. Emperor Ch’ien-lung inscribed this painting. He was the fourth emperor of the Ch’ing dynasty. He reigned from 1736-1796.
