One holds a feather fan, the other a long-tailed duster. It is as if one could listen in on their mutual meditation of the True Path. Touches of gold and rich blue and green have been used throughout the painting for a solemn and antique feeling. Looking at the work is like participating in a similar realm of quiescence.
