- 內容摘要說明：Come through Ka-le-a-oan'' Pho-lo-sin-a-oan' and Ki-lip-pain halted for dinned. Six Japanese came in just when at dinner so we visited them to a meal. One said he was a Christian though not baptize . He is constable or Police officer at Hi-le'k-'an'. One was a soldier from the so-o officer with a letter in English wishing to meet me somewhere to talk about the affairs here. We saw them fairly on the way and passed through Hoan-sia-thau on to To-ma-ien. In the eve' I spoke on Formosa. Very cold.
