- 內容摘要說明：Baro. 29-8. At 9 a.m. went to "Central Music Hall" and heard Rev. John McNeill on the Transfiguration. Mr. Charles Inglis of London' on "The Failures of the Disciples." Mr. Henry Varley' of London' on "Life more abundant." Rev. Geo. C. Needham' D. D. 2 Tim. II: about Vessels of honor and dishonor. Dr. L. W. Munhall' on "Christ's Second coming". Lastly Dr. A. T. Pierson' on "The Holy Spirit." Now all Spoke well. McNeill is the man to arouse the Sleeping Sinner and I really loved the brave' intrepid Scot as he Spoke' aye' referred to "Bonnie Scotland." Well' now I never heard these Men (not even dear Moody) before and I notice how very similar they conducted their meetings to our glorious gatherings in beloved Formosa. Oh! Glorious assemblies in my beloved Isle. McNeill thou art a Boanerges' brother Scot My God' our father's God bless thee. Moody thy word is yonder. Pierson my admiration for thee is deep. Go on all ye. Defenders of the Everlasting Truth' go on. Amen.
