- 內容摘要說明：Baro. 30-14. Wet all night. Hos. at noon. I went ov with 65 Preacher and Students to the Gaul's. They sang and Mrs. Gauld played and sang "Hold the fort." At 2 p.m. All the women from the Girls' School went with Mrs. M. and A Hoa to the Gauld's house. I was there waiting and remained till 3.30 p.m. - Found all in our house at 4 p.m. with Mrs. M. crying - They seem to feel our going to Canada for a season. At 6.30 p.m. All assembled in College Hall for the closing exercises. A Hoa took the chair I sat on his left and Mr. Gauld on the right. Our three children were also on the Platform. The following Preachers spoke' viz. Khoan Ju' Teng Chheng' He' Giam etc. Mr.Gauld spoke on "not by might etc." in English. I interpreted for him. I spoke last on Heb. XIII:8. Women' children' Preachers' Students' and Converts' wept aloud. O how weak we all are in ourselves! The hall was packed full 271 present in all. There were 70 Preachers including old and young. -
