- 內容摘要說明：Rain throughout the night' walked most of the way to Sin-sia. Went out to the sea-side. Dr. R. shot two birds…Saw many magpies and watched 50 fishermen have in a "Drag-net". Only a few very small fish an inch or two long were caught; but there were fully 200 "Globe fish"' each averaging 3 inches in diameter. They had spikes nearly an inch in length. When not puffed up these spikes lay flat leaning backwards; but when at will they became inflated all stuck out at right angles and sharp as needles…Many were beautifully decked with yellow and black spots… Several boys had a race on the fine golden sand-shore…At 7 p.m. 100 assembled in the chapel then 10 (ten) boys and Girl's recited the ten commandments' apostles creed' Lord's prayer' hymns' geography. Catechism in the new Testament. Then we presented them with a few articles which greatly pleased themselves and parents.
