- 內容摘要說明：Last night up till 1 a.m. Jamieson at Col. but looked very poorly. Poor fellow I love him. What can I do for him? Is it consumption so said Dr. R. yesterday. Taught in the Col. forenoon. Wrote somewhat at 1 p.m. went to the Hos. Dr. away. Attended to 18 new Patients and 32 old. Rheumatism' Malarial fever common. Afternoon at Col. at 5 p.m. a tremendous shower of rain. Actually came through the roof and ceiling… O how welcome every drop of it. Thirsty earth drank it in rapidly. Students spoke etc. I examined all their copies. Geo William Bella Caty & Mary Helen told of Dorcas from the platform…Reading Huxly on Agnosticism…
