- 內容摘要說明：Still cloudy and close' gentle sprinkling. Down to the hospital again at noon. These last few days many Patients came suffering from internal and external piles. Operated on several ' burst them with hot iron. Used cocaine and removed cataract also cut Ptyregium from both eyes of one of our coverts. In the eve. spoke on II Pet. 3:10. And on the preceding night on the cries which at times greeted him. After worship Jamieson's walked with me on the verandah. He told me for the first time that his mother died of consumption and being somewhat unwell seemed anxious. Swarm of white ants' flying and losing their wings every moment.
