- 內容摘要說明：Gentle Showers through the night and this morning truly charming' a freshness about everything-Teaching Physical Geography at usual hour went to the Hos. Dr. R. present. Spent an hour overlooking workmen at Hos. Whitewashing etc. After returning went to Col. and taught for some time-at 5 P.M. Petersen called and told me of Mr. & Mrs. Ord's death in Shanghai. Then Mr. A.H. Heuitt from the Revenue Cruiser " Ling Leng" called to see my museum room and took intense interest in everything' even the maps etc. Very intelligent and was much pleased with the Singing of the Students and their writing etc. Mr. Jurgens came in also and stayed till very late. After worship came my usual reading late events-
