- 內容摘要說明：Left at 7 A.M. and went up the river in the Launch Dr. Rennie on board. So Kau-a' Sun-a' and Tsun-a. Just in time to preach in Bang-kah chapel. Splendid audiences-took launch then went to my old Mandarin friend Li-ko-kang. He was delighted to see me' grasped my hand tightly and the tears began to roll. Found him lying in bed suffering from pain in the region of the liver-poor fellow! His hands and feet all wasted away-on leaving him he again grasped my hands and looking me fairly in the face' with trembling lips Said" thank you' thank you" etc. and thus I bade him farewell and got out to Tamsui at 6 P.M. just to hear that Mrs. Mackay's father had cholera and not expected to live---
