故宮書畫錄(卷四),第二冊,頁114&*故宮書畫圖錄,第十七冊,頁185-194&*李士行(西元一二八二—一三二八年),薊丘(今北京)人。字遵道,李衎子。官至黃巖知州。詩歌字畫均有前輩風致。竹石得自家學,尤善山水。 此卷畫江村平遠景色,近處樹石掩映,矮屋傍崖。遠處行人騎馬渡橋,汀渚處處,漁舟往還。石用長皴,山頭石間苔點繁密。畫幅透視呈現前後高低不同的兩個水面,至為奇特。&*Li Shih-hsing, a native of Peking, was the son of the painter-official Li K'an. He was versed in the arts of poetry, calligraphy, and painting. His paintings of rocks-and-bamboo followed that of his father, and he excelled at landscapes. This handscroll shows a level-distance view of riverside huts. In the foreground to the right are trees and slopes with buildings by open spaces. In the middleground, a traveler on horseback heads across a bridge to buildings in the distance. Shoals dot the scenery along with fishing skiffs. Long texture strokes define the hills and slopes, including clusters of "moss" dots.
