英文說明:This acetylene lamp produces light by adding water to calcium carbide. Undergoing a chemical reaction, the calcium carbide becomes acetylene which is then burned producing light. When the acetylene was used up, the remaining substance had to be removed in order to create more light. Made of tin or other metals, the lower section contained the calcium carbide and the upper section held water. The acetylene could come out of apertures in the mouth of the lamp. It was also equipped with a valve and handle making use convenient. The section connecting the top and bottom is rusting.
