- 中文說明:牛灌管又稱牛灌筒（Gu-koan-tang）。牛灌筒是當牛生病時要灌藥時使用。一般是竹筒，竹材是刺竹或麻竹，直徑在八、九公分左右，長約三十公分到五十公分，筒口斜切，長的要除去中間的竹節，打通成管狀，藥從口中灌入。
- 日文說明:牛潅筒とも云う。牛が病気した時、口に薬を注ぎ入れるのに使う。普通の竹筒で、刺竹か麻竹を直径8又は9㎝、長さ30から50㎝に切って、筒口を斜めに切り、長い竹の中の節を突き抜いて、管状にして、薬を流入する。
- 英文說明:This type of drenching pipe is called a "gu-koan-tang" in Taiwanese. It was used to deliver medication in liquid form to ailing cattle. Most such implements were bamboo tubes, primarily made from either the Bambusa stenostachya Hackel or Dendrocalamus species. The tubes were around 8 or 9 cm in diameter, and were 30 to 50 cm long. The opening of the tube was slanted to allow the removal of the interior of the plant and the production of the tube shape. Medication was poured into the slanted end.
