- 中文說明:碌碡是田地經犁、而字耙、刈耙之後，將田地弄平之工具，故又稱平田器，形狀呈曰字形，中間為滾筒，有齒，外框可站人，使用時由牛來拉，人站在木板上，牛行進時就會發出噠噠的聲音，滾筒是用堅硬不易腐杇的木材製作，後來有使用鐵的滾筒，但鐵易生鏽。
- 日文說明:田畑を犂、馬鍬、刈鍬で耕したあと、地面を平らにする農具で「平田器」とも云う。形は曰字形、中間に歯の付いたローラがあって、その縁の板に人が立って牛が引っ張る。行進する時、タ、タと声を発し、ローラは堅固な木材で造ってあるが、鉄材のものもある。鉄は錆びるのが欠点。
- 英文說明:A roller harrow was used after plowing and harrowing to flatten and smooth the fields. It is built in a rectangular shape with a toothed roller in the middle. This implement was pulled by an ox during use and the farmer stood atop the wooden frame. When the ox walked forward, a clacking sound was heard. The roller was made of hard wood to avoid rot. In later times, iron was used to make the rollers. However, iron rusted.
