英文摘要:The purpose of this research is to understand, by means of documents analysis and interviews, the meaning and application of myth in educational situation. Using examples, the research shows and analyses how myth acts in three aboriginal communities and gives suggestions about the application of myth in education. Before we get into the discussion of the application of myth in educational situation, we will begin by analyzing the concept, content, the definition and research method of myth, and finding out how different myths are evolved. The research will also discuss the various thoughts and values presented in different countries in the world, so as to construct and compare the function of enculturation in myth. The myth of the aboriginal tribes reflects the taboos and the religious ceremonies of their own, which at the same time pass down and preserve the myth itself. Therefore, this research will also focus attention on the worshipping ceremonies and taboos of the aboriginal tribes in order to understand the enculturation of myth in the aboriginal tribes in Taiwan. The conclusions and suggestions are: 1. The myth in different countries and peoples develops different enculturation. 2. We can learn from our ancestors through myth. 3. The identity of clan is promoted by myth. 4. Myth enhances the effect of mother tongue teaching. 5. Myth presents a kind of lifestyle. 6. We need to understand taboos so as to interpret myth. 7. To pass down myth, we need to create the environment for sharing, discussing, and common experiences.
