- 中文摘要:隨著經濟快速發展與社會結構迅速改變，過去農業社會與現今工商社會間生活型態及生活空間產生極大的變化。代表著地方民間信仰中心的廟宇在都市發展與傳統保存的「新」、「舊」間產生莫大的衝突，這樣的衝突致使不少廟宇改變了存在的型態與價值，西門町「台北天后宮」就是一個最好的例子。「台北天后宮」雖擁有清乾隆古鐘與相關歷史悠久文物，但卻沒有廣大的廟埕空間與良好的環境景觀，取而代之的竟是破舊公寓背後的逃生梯與水塔；雖同時供奉著日本神明「弘法大師」─空海，但也未因此更加受到尊重與保護。 研究發現，「新興宮」於清領時期建廟於艋舺，並於道光年間成為「艋舺三大廟門」之一，日治時期因開闢防空道路遭拆除，國民政府時期方遷入日治時期建廟於西門町的「弘法寺」，融合而成現今西門町「台北天后宮」。曾為艋舺三大廟門之一的「新興宮」，因易址於西門町遂失去其艋舺廟門之地位，並逐漸於歷史上消聲匿跡，隱沒於西門町之一隅。也由於廟宇歷經遷移、祝融與政權接替，因此相關史料方面多有缺失，更無法彰顯其於歷史上之地位與價值。 有鑑於此，本研究分為兩大部分進行，第一部分將搜集相關史料，以補足艋舺三大廟門之「新興宮」到「台北天后宮」轉變過程失落的歷史片段，從歷史角度與不同政權統治手段下說明遷移過程及於時間洪流中「台北天后宮」所具有的歷史意義與存在價值；第二部分從廟宇的使用現況、相關慶典祭祀活動說明該空間使用度及重要性，並從廟宇內部空間構造及外部整體規劃上，思考目前該信仰空間所面臨的問題與困境。並就不同時期政權接替，對「新興宮」與「台北天后宮」所造成的影響進行探討，更進一步以土地產權的角度分析該廟宇空間從「弘法寺」到「台北天后宮」腹地實際縮小幅度，進而說明空間不足下對廟宇所造成的土地使用相關問題。 最後，針對「台北天后宮」與整體環境規劃，提出古蹟保存區、特定專用區、宗教保存區與聯合開發的想法，更期能藉由政府力量的介入，促使整體環境能有更完善的規劃，以達與周圍環境共生、共存、共同發展。並認為「台北天后宮」要免於建商與都市計畫的破壞及再度遷移的危機，就該先握有本身土地產權，因此針對目前法令規範下，「台北天后宮」可以申請讓售或贈與方式提出進行方式與建議，並將所觀察到的寺廟組織規範與古蹟保存法之疑義提出探討。更希望透過「台北天后宮」的研究達拋磚引玉之效，使身為臺灣的一份子皆能重視傳統議題，非僅止於建築物的保存，讓都市發展的歷史軌跡融合於進步城市中，成為獨特的活歷史。
- 英文摘要:The development of economy speed up and the construction of society break down, the living style and spaces brings extremely change from the past, agriculture society, to now, mordent society. The temples have a conflict between the urban development and saving traditional. Because of the conflict, make a lot of temples destroyed. The best example is “Taipei Tien-Ho Temple” in Hsi-Men Ting. Even though the “Taipei Tien-Ho Temple” have the ancient chime from Ching Dynasty and Japanese goodness Kukai, who is one of the best known and most beloved Buddhist saints in Japan, but we can not see the protection and good environment, instead of broken fire escape and water tower from the old apartments. According to the research, “Hsin-Hsing Temple” was built in Ching dynasty in Man-Ka, and became famous with “Lung-Shang Temple” in Ching dynasty. In 1943, the Japanese-ruled government forced to tear down the temple for a road construction plan, and the Holy Mother Ma-Tsu''s statue was temporarily positioned to “Lung-Shang Temple”. After the World War Ⅱ, the temple was relocated to the current address in the name of “Hung-Fa Temple”, merge into “Taipei Tien-Ho Temple”. “Hsin-Hsing Temple” because moving, it lose the character in Man-Ka, and disappear in the history. There are two parts in this research. In the first part is collecting all the material and let people understand all the meaning and value of temple. The second part is depending on the activity of temple festival to define the usage of space, consider the interior and exterior of temple, facing the difficulty, and having advance discussion about the “Hsin-Hsing Temple” and “Taipei Tien-Ho Temple”. In the point of view in land property rights analyzing the space shrinking from “Hung-Fa Temple” to “Taipei Tien-Ho Temple”, and explain the space is not cause propriety usage in temple. In the “Taipei Tien-Ho Temple” and urban environmental plan suggest the idea of Historic District, particular special purpose area of appearance of history, Joint Development, and to achieve the environment development through the power from government. “Taipei Tien-Ho Temple” need dominate self land property rights to avoid the crisis of urban plan and relocate. Under the law, “Taipei Tien-Ho Temple” can have a method and suggestion by selling and giving. Hopefully, “Taipei Tien-Ho Temple” will be the best example to remind people is part of Taiwan, and make the history merge into the developing city become live.
