- 中文摘要:彰化縣是以農業為主，也是糧食的重要地之一。人口匯聚，文學興盛自不在話下，相對的民間口傳文學也豐富，尤其在教育並未十分普及的年代，藉著父母、長者傳述的故事、歌謠、諺語、謎語，給予幼兒。當時幾乎人人皆能朗誦幾首歌謠或者諺語、謎語等，反觀今日的幼兒，對於這些口傳文學，連一則…？身為彰化縣人，應知彰化縣重要文學事。 文本《彰化縣民間文學集》是記錄彰化縣民間過往的歷史、過往的文化、過往的自然環境，使我們得以窺見消失的人、事、物，更是一部最好的鄉土教材，對幼兒最好的教育讀物。 《彰化縣民間文學集》之研究，共計有陸章，第壹章緒論，說明研究的背景與動機及研究的目的與問題，並做文獻探討，述及研究方法與步驟、研究範圍及限制，最後解釋名詞。第貳章〈彰化縣與民間文學〉，簡述彰化縣風情、行政區域、文學發展及資料來源和分類。第參章故事篇，依胡萬川在《彰化縣民間文學》集目錄中的分類，分為傳說、民間故事、笑話，再依內容加以分類。故事篇中探討民間文學的特性，先民的生活歷史、宗教觀、生活觀、價值觀。第肆章諺語、歇後語、謎語、繞口令篇。論及先人的生活智慧、經驗、幽默，呈現出先人的真實生活面貌。第伍章歌謠篇，以歌謠內容加以分類研究，探討前人的情感抒發及大人和幼兒的生活樣貌。第陸章結論出文本所呈現的價值、民風民情及民間文學的特性，適宜幼兒和不適宜幼兒的範圍，彰化縣以開墾為起點，因人民務實的個性，無法產生神話故事，彰化縣和台中縣閩南語故事所表現出的觀念有部份相同,但也有相異之處。 本研究發現前人生活狀況、人文風俗及前人生活智慧與幽默，對於現實生活中存有的無奈，都能以包容的度態面對，藉此可看出先民的韌性和對生存的奮鬥。
- 英文摘要:Changhua County relies mainly on agriculture, one of the important granaries, and therefore people assemble here. With these good conditions, the literature prosperity is abundant in Changhua County, and so is the folklore literature. Parents or elders passed on the legends, ballads, proverbs, and riddles to the children, especially for the times that the education was not popularized very much. At that time, almost everyone could read several ballads, proverbs, riddles and etc. But can the children at the present not say out any kind of folklore literature? As a resident of Changhua County, one should know the important literature prosperity of Changhua County. The anthology of folklore literature of Changhua County is to write down passing folklore history, passing culture, passing natural environment of Changhua County, making us detect the people and the events that have disappeared. Moreover, It is a best native teaching material as children's best educational reading. This study is divided into six chapters. Chapter one is the introduction, stating the background and motivation for this research, researching questions and researching invention, literature review, methodology procedures, researching scope , limitations as well as the definitions of the terms. Chapter two briefly sketches the customs, administrative areas, literature development of Changhua County. Chapter three is the introduction of the stories, stating the history and the philosophy of the religion and life of the predecessors. Chapter four is the introduction of the proverbs, two-part allegorical sayings, riddles, tongue twisters, stating the wisdom, experience, humor of the predecessors. Chapter five is the introduction of the ballads, probing into the emotional expression of the predecessors and the life adult and children led. Chapter six concludes the value of the text, the customs of the residents and the characteristics of the folk literature. Changhua County mainly depends on the agriculture and the residents keep practical character. So the mythology is not produced in this area. This research finds that the life state, customs, wisdoms and humors of the predecessors, and the predecessors can face the helpless things with tolerant attitude. In this way, the researcher finds out the predecessors' toughness and their struggle to survive for.
