中文摘要:本文之豐原地區指的是日治時期豐原郡的管轄範圍,包含豐原街、神岡庄、大雅庄、潭子庄、內埔庄,涵括今日之豐原市、神岡鄉、大雅鄉、潭子鄉、后里鄉。無祀孤魂,其中的「無祀」,強調「未建祠堂前無香火奉祀的狀態」;「孤魂」指「無主、無後嗣或子孫雖存在陽世,但不知先人遺骨、墳塋所在地的野鬼」,奉祀無祀孤魂的祠廟則稱之為無祀祠。為揭示豐原地區無祀孤魂崇拜的真實面貌,本文藉由研究無祀祠的建立原因、年中祭典、遷徙與合併等形而下的行為與組織,來體會無祀孤魂崇拜形而上的觀念與體驗。 無祀孤魂崇拜的靈魂觀承認靈魂的存在,孤魂保有生前的意識,因凶死與無嗣而成為無祀鬼厲。無祀孤魂因無其人奉祀,便依草附木、求食殃民,甚至陰魂不散、化為蝗螟產生饑荒。無祀孤魂崇拜的神靈觀將無祀孤魂視為職能神,祂能治病、守護牲畜、庇佑賭博贏錢。無祀孤魂的崇拜的神性觀認為無祀孤魂能以神蹟來顯現祂們的法力與存在,眾人皆可見的,便以違反自然常態的方式顯現;其餘的則以個人的神秘經驗來顯現。 豐原地區的無祀祠大多是群體合葬的百姓公,獨體的有應公只有少數幾座。這種現象歸因於許多獨體的有應公已聚集到群體合葬的百姓公合爐。年中祭典以中元普渡為主,但分散於農曆七月之中,亦有於中元節當日舉辦者,為配合社會大眾的作息,已有在中元節後,關鬼門前選擇星期假日進行普渡慶典的世俗化現象。豐原地區無祀祠的遷移及合併大多導因於公眾事務,而非當地居民的主動遷移。無祀祠的地位低於地區庄頭公廟,庄頭廟神明藉由乩身表達看中無祀祠廟地的意圖,無祀祠只好與以讓步。 豐原地區無祀祠的神格化程度並不高,神格化程度與信徒的神秘經驗而提高,有神秘經驗的無祀祠發起者,將神格化的概念表現在廟宇建築及內部陳設上。亂世促使人們造出更多的神靈,而人們造神的目的是希望得到神靈的保佑,但豐原地區媽祖信仰原已蓬勃發展,無祀孤魂在造神運動上便無法受到青睞,因此神格化程度並不高。 鬼有所歸,乃不為厲,為了使無祀孤魂得到歸宿,信眾創造了許多崇拜的行為與組織。探索其中,我們發現潛藏在這些行為與組織之下的,是無祀孤魂崇拜的精神層面,這層面涵括了無祀孤魂崇拜觀念的起源,並展現出它在傳統與現代之間強韌的文化調適能力。
英文摘要:The Feng Yuan area in this text means that Japan manages period compass of competency of Feng Yuan prefecture , include the Feng Yuan Street, Shen Gang Village, Ta Ya Village, Tan Zi Village, Nei Pu Village that include today the Feng Yuan City, Shen Gang Township, Ta Ya Township, Tan Zi Township, Hou Li Township. The fatherless soul is with two meanings, includes one is “without sacrifices offering” which is emphasize“No build ancestral hall and also without having burning incense present state “. Another one is “failure of issue” which is “the dead spirits have no child or the children do not know the tomb location to present with respect”. To offer the sacrifices to the fatherless soul location is called as the dead fatherless shrine temple. True appearance that the fatherless soul worships in the Feng-Yuan area, this text is by study the shape behaviors and organizations such as the reason of dead fatherless shrine temple build, a memorial ceremony holding , migrating and amalgamating in midyear ,etc. to experience the worships of fatherless soul. The view that the fatherless soul worships acknowledges the existence of soul, the fatherless soul protects consciousness before death, it is strict to become a fatherless soul because die and have no heir fiercely. A fatherless soul due to have no person to present with respect and offer sacrifices, it enclose wood, even murder cries for vengeance and turn locust snout moth''s larva produce famine. The view that the fatherless soul worships is regarded the fatherless soul as a function god, can cure the disease, defend livestock and bless the gambling to win the money. The view that the fatherless soul worships think is it offer sacrifices to the gods or the spirits of the dead fatherless soul can supernatural power that appear comes and store in order to supernatural mark in to have to have, what everybody all can be seen, appear by way of violating natural normality; The rest appear with personal mysterious experience. In the Feng Yuan area, the fatherless soul temple mostly the dead shrine common people that colony is buried in the same grave common, and there are only a few the single dead spirit in the one grave. The ones that are due a lot of single grave to in this kind of phenomenon should already commonly gather the common people buried in the same grave to the colony and shut the stove commonly. Yuan are crossed generally for the main fact to hold a memorial ceremony for allusion quotation Israel and China in midyear, but disperse it during the seventh lunar month, also have it to the sponsor on Ghost Festival the same day. In order to cooperate with the working and rest of the people, have had it after Ghost Festival already, has chosen to carry on the general phenomenon of common customs (securitization) of crossing the celebration vacation of week in front of closing spirit''s door. Migration and amalgamation of the fatherless soul temple in the Feng Yuan area are mostly led because in the public affairs, but not the local''s initiative migration. The position of the fatherless soul temple is lower than the common temple of head of regional village. The head temple gods in the village express the intention of settling on the ground of fatherless soul temple with Ji''s body, the fatherless soul temple have to provide it to him. In Feng Yuan area, the fatherless soul temple is not high when formatting the degree of god(deification), the god formats is going up with the mysterious experience of the degree and believer. The issuer of the fatherless soul temple who is with some mysterious experience, he displays at temple building and inside furnishings supernatural concept that format. Impel people to produce more gods in troubled times, and the purpose that people make the spirit is to hope to get gods'' blessing. But in Feng Yuan area, Mazu''s faith has grown vigorously originally, the fatherless soul is unable to be been favored in making supernatural sports, so the god formats the degree it is not high. The spirit returns to some extent, it is not strict, in order to enable the fatherless soul gets the home and the letter has created a lot of behavior and organization worshipped. Explore that among them, we found and hid under these behaviors and organizations, which is the spiritual aspect that the fatherless soul worships. This aspect includes the original of the idea of fatherless soul worships, shows it in tradition with tough culture transfer right ability between being modern.
