- 中文摘要:本研究旨在探究鄉土教育的理論、發展與現況、調查外埔鄉的自然與人文環境資源，進行鄉土教學活動設計。利用文獻研究法、田野調查與訪談，建構外埔鄉的自然與人文環境資源特色；另外，透過訪談的過程，瞭解外埔鄉在地教師對外埔鄉鄉土教學活動設計的看法，根據文獻探討資料與外埔鄉教師對外埔鄉鄉土教學活動設計的看法，擬定適合學生的鄉土教學活動設計方向，最後從已調查蒐集的環境資源，提供研究者所設計的教學活動設計範例供教師參考。 根據研究結果顯示，本研究共有四點結論：鄉土教育理論的探究有助於堅定教師實施鄉土教育的決心、鄉土教育與環境教育是相輔相成的、透過鄉土教學活動設計的過程回歸教師專業、鄉土教學活動設計應走出教室進入實境。 根據研究結果，研究者針對「外埔鄉教學活動設計的實施、學校、教師、地方行政機關」等四方面提出建議，提供國小未來實施鄉土教學活動的參考。
- 英文摘要:Discoveries the thesis of local education, current to future educational system, natural and cultural environments of county Wai Pu are the goals of this report. In addition, by using the researching approach, personal interview with current teachers and previous documents: to construct the appropriate activities for students in countryside. Finally, Researcher Providing the example of activities to current teachers in county Wai Pu. As the result shown, this research comes with four points on conclusion. 1. The research of thesis of local education help to makes up the minds of current teacher. 2. There is a positive correlation between local teaching and environmental teaching. 3. Shown the professionalism via the designing of local teaching activities. 4. Outdoor teaching will bring students to learn in the reality. Base on the result, researcher provides suggestions to teachers, schools and local ministry of education. All suggestions are provided as a guideline for local school to execute their local teaching.
