- 簡介:"Neoidioscopus chingmeius 體色黃棕色；複眼暗棕色，頭頂在前緣具棕色斑紋；顏面乳白色，前頭楯棕色，後頭楯中央棕色；前翅棕色，爪脈區為黃綠色；前胸背板在複眼後方棕色。N. chingmeius 與東方區之 Busonia 部分種類有些相似，但 Busonia 屬之種類前翅具三角端室，且生殖器構造不同。而 N. chingmeius 的顏色則與台灣 Idiocerinae 亞科之其他種類則完全不同。截至目前為止，本種之寄主植物及相關生物學資料仍未知。本種敘述引用Huang & Maldonado (1992) 之文獻。General color of Neoidioscopus chingmeius yellowish brown; eyes dark brown, vertex with brown marking on anterior margin; face milky, anteclypeus brown and postclypeus brown medially; tegmina brownish, claval area yellowish green pronotum brownish behind eyes. The mostly yellowish pronotum of N. chingmeius is somewhat similar to that of a few species of the oriental Busonia, a genus with a triangular apical cell on the fore wing and different genitalia. The coloration of N. chingmeius is totally different from that of other Taiwanese Idiocerines. So far, the biological information and host plant of this species is still unknown. The description of this species based on the description of Huang & Maldonado (1992). "
