石渠寶笈三編(延春閣),第六冊,頁2749&*東晉王羲之法書幾經戰亂流傳至唐代,一部分經唐人摹刻成法帖,由於帖文起首適為「十七」二字,遂以「十七帖」相稱。「十七帖」歷經學者長期探索,證實其中一部分為王羲之寫給好友周撫的書札,不僅內容可信,書法也相當佳妙。世人寶愛王書,往往再行翻刻,以致於目前有數種版本流傳,其中以「勅字本」較為常見。本次展示的帖本,帖末刻有「勅」字,正屬「勅字本」的系統。 (20110913)&*After the chaos caused by wars, some of the calligraphic works by Wang Xizhi of the Eastern Jin that survived into the Tang dynasty were copied and engraved at the time into modelbooks. Since this collection of modelbooks begins with the word “seventeen,” it became known as “The ‘Seventeen’ Modelbooks.” Much research by scholars on these works over the ages has confirmed that some were written by Wang Xizhi to his close friend, Zhou Fu. Not only are the contents reliable, the calligraphy is also quite marvelous. Generations have treasured Wang’s calligraphy here, copying and re-carving it many times, resulting in several versions extant today. Among them, the “‘Chi’-character Version” is more often seen. The version on display here features the character “chi勅” (“by imperial order”) engraved at the end, making it part of the “‘Chi’-character Version” series.(20110913)
