- 中文說明:字清渠，號梅癡，清光緒十八年生。素性好學而淡泊仕途，並雅愛書畫金石，尤以梅、蘭、菊、竹四君子見長，故築「四友草堂」，朝夕與奇花異卉相處。
- 日文說明:鄭香圃字清渠、号梅痴、清光緒十八年生れ、好学にして淡泊で官吏として、書画金石を愛好、殊に梅、蘭、菊、竹の四君子に秀で、「四友草堂」を築き、朝夕奇花異卉を相手に楽しんでいる。
- 英文說明:Zheng Xiang Pu also known as Qing Qu, or Mei Chi was born in the 18th year of the Qing dynasty's Guang Xu reign (1893). Particular to academics, he was not interested in an official government career. Enthusiastic about the arts, he was especially well versed in the four symbols of noble character in painting: the plum blossom, the orchid, the chrysanthemum, and bamboo. Due to his appreciation of these he opened a bookstore spending his days surrounded by lush floral vegetation.
