- 中文說明:自西元1877年愛迪生發明留聲機後，唱片的錄放音也隨著利用相同的原理，以聲音振動改在唱片溝槽刻畫，再藉唱針讀出音符。由於在早期是奢侈品，都以豪華的木盒裝置。
- 日文說明:1877年エジソンが蓄音機を発明した後は、レコードの録音放送も同じ原理で利用され、レコード針によって音符などを読み出す。早期の蓄音機は奢侈品で、豪華な木箱装置である。
- 英文說明:In 1877, Edison invented the phonograph. Recording and playing records used the same principles: sound vibration would etch marks in the groove and the marks in the grooves would shape sound vibrations via the phonograph needle when playing. Years ago, phonographs were luxury items, so they were often placed in beautiful wooden boxes.
