- 中文說明:墨盒也稱為「墨池」，可裝置墨汁，藉以方便隨時書寫，為求保存不發臭，大多以金屬鑄造，方型、橢圓形皆有，各異其趣。本二件皆採鐵質，上鐫有風景或雅言，雖有生鏽現象，卻顯得格外古樸別緻。
- 日文說明:「墨池」とも云う。墨汁を入れて使うのに便利である。良く保存して置く為に多くは金属で鋳造したもの、角型、楕円形と異なった趣きの物がある。この二つの品は鉄質のもので、風景や雅言を彫刻してあり、いささか銹びてはいるが、古樸な風格がよい。
- 英文說明:The ink pond, also known as “墨池” was used to hold prepared ink making writing convenient at any time. To preserve the ink and prevent it from developing an odor, most were forged of metal in elliptical or square shapes. These two samples are both metal with either landscapes or text as decoration. Although rusty, both are still quite pleasing to the eye.
